How Web Check-in works?
Web Check-in allows you as the patient to take care of the "check-in" registration forms prior to arriving for your visit, You can then schedule your own appointment at a time that is convenient for you. This allows for shorter wait times and less paperwork when you arrive at one of our centers.

Is my information secure?
Yes. Your personal information is encrypted and is then securely delivered electronically to our physical office.

How long does it take?
Less then 5 minutes if you have your insurance information available. Less than 3 minutes if you are Self Pay.
